Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Saviqe mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Saviqe ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Saviqe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Saviqe's sync and subscription features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Use of the Service

Saviqe is a personal budgeting tool. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial financial management. You agree not to:

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Saviqe offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. By subscribing, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will provide advance notice of such changes.

4. Data & Sync

When you enable sync, your budgeting data is stored on our servers to allow multi-device access. You retain full ownership of your data. You can export your data at any time and delete your account to remove all server-side data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data but do not guarantee against data loss. You are encouraged to use the export feature to maintain your own backups.

5. Export & Import

Saviqe allows you to export your budgeting data and import data from compatible files. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you import. We are not liable for data corruption resulting from importing malformed or incompatible files.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by Saviqe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Saviqe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Saviqe is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisory service. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saviqe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers. Any active subscription should be cancelled separately through Google Play to avoid further charges.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of suspension.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Continued use of Saviqe after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
